Youth Development and Capacity Building, Inc. a 501 (C) (3) is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes more specifically to empower disadvantaged youth and families. To move communities forward through Education, Empowerment, Employment with youth and adults sharing experiences, skills, and dreams to continue the development of their families and communities. To provide community development of outreach, mentoring, and training programs. Also, to provide annual conferences that will empower youth and families.Company Mission
