ensure youth participation in our programs. We are planting seeds 365
days a year so that OUR children don’t become missing in action.
YDACBINC is a 501 © 3
charitable and non-profit organization that provides youth an
opportunity to discover their promise in life. We chaired and hosted
numerous Youth Educational Initiatives throughout the years. Please
refer to our web site at
www.ydacbinc.org
for more details. We consistently add programs, initiatives, and
projects that focus on our youth education as well as partner with State
and Local Government agencies, Community Base Organizations, Civic
Groups, Higher Learning institutions, and more to achieve our goals. We
will continue to focus on Socially Disadvantage and Under-served youth
nationwide in rural and urban communities.
Our themes have always been
Youth Communications in
Agriculture, Business, and Educational
Initiatives that leads youth
to “Leadership and Capacity
Building which will Impact
your Community, and Strengthen Youth and Family Foundations” in
rural and small towns. These initiatives are helping children, families,
and communities. The anti-achievement culture among rural youth and the
politics that fuels the non-compliance gets in the way of educating OUR
children. This theme was incorporated because education is the backbone
of rural America youth and we need to do more.
Our programs have filled the void from a rapid decline of
minorities’ vocational programs and outreach, as well as help
significantly influence rural youth initiatives in business, technology,
agriculture, and more as a way of life in America. Some of our past and
present partners are, USDA, Small Farms Coordination; USDA, Farm Service
Agency; Oklahoma Black Historical Project; USDA, Office of Outreach;
Washington, DC, USDA, Forest Service; USDA, NRCS; MNA,LLC; USDA, FSIS;
Atlanta Spirit Corporation; Businessman Cobby M. Williams; Design
Originals, other government agencies, community based organizations, and
businesses from the southern and northern states.
In addition to Mr. Murray career in public affairs/relations,
media, advertising/promotions, and marketing professional he has
volunteer and coordinated programs for Martin Luther King Jr. Day,
Cerebral Paralysis, LULAC, and numerous other outreach programs during
his tenure. He also has two adult children Deshonda and Dennis Jr.
